Our No Hassle Policy

Returns Happen,

but that doesn't mean they are going to be a problem.

At we have a no hassle, try it and like it, 60 Day refund period.

Which simply means if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, no worries, you can return it to us and get 100% of your money back.

One thing we ask of you is, to let us know why you need a refund. Please leave us some basic information in the box like...

  • Didn't fix my appliance. (still have the same problem as before)
  • Not the same as my Original part. (different fit, wiring, functions.)
  • Changed my mind.
  • Etc.

We also ask that you pay for the return shipping unless the part we sent you is not working. (Rarely happens, but we are all human.) the is why we guarantee everything we sell.

Above reasons for return/refund have no need to get a Return Authorization.

Simply, drop it back in the mail to us postmarked within 60 days of receiving your order. The second we receive your parcel, you will get your money refunded.

You can also contact us first, so we can try to find a solution to your return.

All returns must be in usable, testable, undamaged condition so please take care to repack items safely.

Returned items must have the Apex Used Appliance Control Boards mark on them to be eligible for a refund.
