Q: How long does it take for my order to be shipped? 

A: We want you to get your part as fast as possible. All orders are shipped within 24 hrs.

Q: How much does it cost to ship an item?

A:  All our products have a flat rate shipping at no cost it's free. (consoles and panels are excluded) Our goal is to get your part to you as quickly as possible! Therefore, we use the expedited Priority Mail 2-3 option at no extra charge.  Our products are pre-boxed and ship out the same day they are ordered. (if ordered before 4 p.m. Arizona time) Express 1-2 day shipping is available. Pricing is a Flat Rate of $25.00. (must be under 2 pounds and fit inside a Padded Express Mailing Envelope)(95% of our items will fit)

Q: Do you sell new parts?

A: No, not at this time. Our goal is to become America's largest seller of used appliance control boards.

A: No. We only sell good condition, tested and cleaned used appliance control boards.

A: We only sell used factory-made/OEM control boards.

Q: Can you repair my appliance?

A: No, we only sell used appliance control boards. We do not have a repair/service Dept.

Q: Can you help me diagnose my appliance over the phone?

A: No. Although we do have helpful YouTube videos that can help with the trouble-shooting process of your appliance before you purchase a control board. They are at the bottom of most of our product pages and in the Menu at the top of this website.

Q: Do the parts you sell work?

A: Yes, we test the parts before we list them for sale. We try our very best to only sell high-quality, low-priced, used appliance control boards. We are building an old-fashioned word-of-mouth business. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and we want you to come back here if any of your other appliances ever need a control board. (please bookmark our site) We also want you to tell your friends that you have found a place on the web, that can save them up to 75% over retail. 

Q: Can I return an item?

A: YES.  Returning an item is easy. Our no-hassle return policy states, that if within 60 days of receiving your order, and you are not completely satisfied, you can send it back for a refund. However, we do ask that you email us first, so we can help you with a solution IE (if your item was mis-ordered , it didn't fix your appliance, you need to order a different control board, etc.) in this way if you need another item we can send it out before your returned order gets back to us. This will save time on both of our ends, and that will get your appliance up and running as fast as possible. 

Q: How do I return an item/order?

A: Just send it back to us, you can choose UPS, FED EX, USPS, any way you would like is fine. We put a return label in each package with a flier "Returns Happen". (please be as specific so we can re-test the item for function and then refund the order)(mis-ordered parts are subject to a $10 re-stocking fee.) Original box and packing materials are not necessary, but they are appreciated. (cuts down on shipping breakage).The USPS is our shipping carrier. The instructions are with the packing materials.
