A: We want you to get your part as fast as possible. All orders are shipped within 24 hrs.
Q: How much does it cost to ship an item?
A: All our products have a flat rate shipping cost of $5.00. Our goal is to get your part to you as quickly as possible! Therefore, we use the expedited Priority Mail 2-3 option on ALL orders, at no extra charge. Our products are pre-boxed and ship the same day they are ordered. (if ordered before 12 p.m. Arizona time)
Q: Do you sell new parts?
A: No, not at this time. Our goal is to become America's largest seller of used appliance control boards.

A: No, we only sell used appliance control boards. We do not have have a repair/service Dept.
Q: Can you help me diagnose my appliance over the phone?
A: Yes, but it can be very difficult to do. We are sometimes right! We like to try and help if we can. It is like calling your Doctor when you have pain. It is always better to have a professional come out to your home for the proper in-home diagnosis.
Q: Do the parts you sell work?
A: Yes, we test the parts before we list them for sale. We try our very best to only sell high quality, low priced, used appliance control boards. We are building an old-fashioned word of mouth business. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We want you to come back here if any of your other appliances need a control board. (bookmark our site) We also want you to tell your friends that you have found a place on the web, that can save them up to 75% over retail.
Q: Can I return an item?
A: YES. Returning an item is easy. Our no hassle return policy states, if within 60 days of receiving your order, you are not completely satisfied, you can send it back for a refund. However, we do ask that you call us first, so we can help you with a solution IE ( I mis-ordered the part, it didn't fix my appliance, I need to order a different control board etc.) in this way, if you need another product we can send it out before your returned order gets back to us. This will save time on both ends, and that will get your appliance up and running as fast as possible.
Q: How do I return an item/order?
A: Just send it back to us, you can choose UPS, FED EX, USPS, any way you would like is fine. Original box and packing materials are not necessary, but they are appreciated. (cuts down on shipping breakage).
