I can’t say enough good things about this company. They have helped me at least four different times find the right used or refurbished appliance parts and, more importantly, helped me figure out exactly what I needed. Their knowledge of appliances and parts is second to none. They don’t just sell you a part and send you on your way—they actually understand how these machines work and have been able to help me solve problems that could easily have resulted in replacing an entire appliance. Because of their expertise, I’ve been able to save thousand's of dollars and keep appliances running that I thought were probably headed for the scrap pile. What really impressed me is that they genuinely seem to enjoy helping people. Their knowledge runs deep, they’re honest, and they know their stuff. Purchased a control board for our 15 year old GE oven. The original one worked, but it was very difficult to push the buttons and worn/heavily scratched in some areas. It is a bisque color and nearly impossible to find parts. The replacement control board arrived quickly, packaged well, looked brand new, matched the color of the oven and works perfectly. Awesome Awesome costumer service!!! Every concern and question i had was answered throughly by the owner amazing guy truly. I have an 23 year old GE range that looks perfect but is an outdated color and the oven board went bad. No manufacturer makes the color so rather than having buying a new range and having mis matching appliances, Apex had that exact part, shipped it to me in a couple of days.
