Shipping Policy

⏱️ Handling & Processing Time

• Same-Day or Next-Day Shipping: We know a broken appliance is a major inconvenience. Most orders placed before 2:00 PM MST (Monday–Friday) are processed and shipped out the very same day. All orders are shipped within 24 hours.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST, on weekends, or during federal holidays will be shipped the following business day.

📦 Shipping Carriers & Delivery

We ship all orders from our facility in Phoenix, Arizona. To ensure reliable, fast delivery, we partner with USPS, utilizing Ground Advantage and Priority Mail services.

Estimated delivery times and tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email as soon as your label is printed.

🛡️ Shipping Responsibility

• Our Coverage: Please note that Apex’s shipping and tracking responsibility begins once the package is marked as successfully “picked up” by the carrier and is en route to your chosen address. Our responsibility ends when USPS marks the package as “delivered.”
• Carrier Transit Times: We are not responsible for any additional carrier transit times, which will be reflected in your USPS tracking results. Please note that we cannot speed up or intercept packages once they have been picked up by the carrier from our location.

📍 Local Pickup

How to Coordinate: If you prefer to pick up your part in person, please make sure to mark your order as “Local Pickup” at checkout so we don’t inadvertently ship your package before your arrival. Feel free to contact us ahead of time to coordinate!
